The Process

3 simple steps to create a successful shopping experience

Step 1

Open a merchant account. We will need details about your business and website and some proof of ID and your business. This usually takes a day to get open.

Step 2

Integrate with your Xero account, a simple process linking your zero account to your Payzing account, one of our team can do this with you over the phone. This usually takes a few minutes

Step 3

Your Xero accounting software is now ready to take payments using Payzing, when you send a customer an invoice they will be able to complete payment via Payzing merchant services, any money taken will be in your bank the next day. You can log into our portal and see all of your transactions in real time.

Will this work with any accounting software?

Currently we only offer integration with Xero accounting software, our Virtual Terminal and payment links can be used to send payment requests to any other customer or take cards over the phone.

When do I get paid?

We work on next day payout so any funds taken on Monday will be in your bank on Tuesday.

How do I know this is safe and secure?

Your transactions and money will be completely safe and will be handled by a FCA approved financial organisation.

Do I need a separate merchant account?

No with Payzing you can use the same merchant account to take payments via Zero, your own website, by card terminal and over the phone, a single account that does it all at very competitive fixed prices.( each service has a different price but they all sit in one merchant account).

How long will it take to get setup?

Opening a Payzing account usually takes a day or 2, once opened we can integrate your Xero within a couple of minutes and you can start taking payments on invoices straight away.

Do you offer Apple Pay?

Yes, it’s essential in today’s mobile world. Your customer can pay by Apple Pay or Google pay leading to higher completion rates and more returning customers.
