That was the vision of PayZing’s creators who had worked in the card industry for many years. They had seen the best and worst parts of various suppliers and wondered why no one had just taken the good part and put them all together..
PayZing was created with a simple goal, to offer merchants the very best Card Machines and Online Payments portals, with the best financials and terms.
For years the card industry has leased terminals to businesses on long restrictive contracts at outrageous prices, why would a company pay £20+ a month for years for a machine they could buy for £200? Other providers have introduced the concept of buying the terminals, but many are lower quality inferior terminals, PayZing’s plan was to offer the premium products, but with the upfront purchase model rather than the long lease.
This has meant PayZing customers get the very latest top of the range super fast terminals for a simple upfront payment, there are no long contracts or monthly rentals.
Many banks have very complex pricing structures with numerous prices and hidden price rises.
PayZing wants to simplify things, we have 2 standard prices applicable to 90% of our customers and then a bespoke price for any larger customers. If your business grows and your turnover exceeds the threshold, we will automatically contact you to arrange a bespoke price. Our prices are fixed for 3 years, they won’t change unless visa or Mastercard change their base rates.
When you take a payment it will be in your bank next working day. You can link any bank account that is in the business name and each day the total amount of payments you have taken will be transferred the next working day to that account, we know that cash flow is key to business and we want to help yours as much as we can.
Some companies do support brilliantly, others are terrible, this is just not an option for a busy business, if you have an issue with your card machine you need it resolved urgently.
PayZing support will take immediate ownership of any issues and get them resolved in the quickest possible time.
Another Big issue for merchants is PCI Compliance, everyone needs to be compliant but many banks have turned it into a money making opportunity, charging a monthly fee and then even more fees for non compliance. PayZing will send you the pre completed PCI forms and submit them on your behalf, best of all there is no charge at all for anything PCI.
